The Ravenloft version of Horrified is now official

Horrified: Ravenloft Brings Gothic Horror to the Series’ Darkest Chapt

Horrified: Ravenloft brings the series into the gothic world of Dungeons & Dragons with a darker, more atmospheric twist.

It appears to be set solely in Barovia and based more on Curse of Strahd. The monsters are the Gulthias Tree, Baba Lysaga, a Carrionette, and the big S Man himself. The d20 mechanic from the D&D version also returns.

Set to come out sometime this summer, I wager to coincide with the Season of Horror.

I've not played Horrified before, but I see Ravenloft and it's like a dog hearing the word treat. I'm so excited. Gotta add this to my collection of Ravenloft/Curse of Strahd stuff for sure, and play it ofc!

yes cooperative strategic boardgame where characters use their abilities to collect items, save NPCs and fight monsters.

Theres already a Horrified DnD (featuring Dragon, Beholder, Mimic) and the original Horrified game had all the movie monsters (Dracula, Wolfman, Mummy and "Frankenstein and Bride") so adding Ravenlofts Gothic monsters sounds like a great addition - especially as the monsters can be mixed and matched across game themes.
