Yes, my extremely cautious brother's cleric Timothy has never died.   Of the other founding characters still with us my wife's druid Serita has died once and my friend John's fighter Narg (the party leader) has died a couple of times.   A party NPC Wizard Kharole (a former PC) from game one is also still around and accompanies the party on at least one module a year (when no other Wizard is going) and has never died.</blockquote>
