100th Level Campaign

Inspired by this thread: http://boards1.wizards.com/leaving.php?destination=http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=140833

I thought I would create my own 100th level campaign. If you would like to help, please do.

The set up:

Prometheus the Titan has been paroled. In recent years, he has been working on an artifact that is similar to Pandora’s box. But before he could complete it, it was stolen by a 20th level Halfling Rogue and a 20th level Gnome Bard. Since the artifact is incomplete, misusing it could have dire consequences. What do you think could go wrong with the artifact?

The bar:

Our player characters are in a bar. Also in this bar, the Rogue and Bard are arguing about something. When one of the characters tries to listen in, all hell breaks loose! Hermes the Olympian, The Norse god Loki, an Arch-demon, an arch-devil, and an Arch-slaad all gate in at once. Each of them wants the artifact for themself. In the second round of the fight that inevitably breaks out, Prometheus the Titan and Surtur the Fire Giant rip the roof of the building. At that moment the artifact is opened briefly. Everyone in the bar – the Player Characters, the Outsiders, the other people in the bar, even the Bartender – all gain 80 levels in power and knowledge. They don’t gain any wealth or possessions, like spell books.

Rules for Powering up:
None of the characters rise greater than 20th level in any particular class. Instead, they become multiclass characters with at least 5 classes. Their new abilities will be subordinate to their original class. For example, a wizard who gains 20 levels as a fighter will tailor their feats to better use a weapon that they were already using as a wizard.

The Challenge:

Create 100th level characters for the people in the bar. There should be at least one member of each Class, in addition to the other kinds of people there. You should also provide a motivation or goal for what they will do with their newfound power. I want the Players and NPCs to break my world. Also create original Outsiders.

Why the 20th level cap for individual classes?

Someone with 20 levels each in fighter/ranger/paladin/monk/sorcerer could be pretty awesome.

Nobody should need 100 levels to be powerful. It's entirely possible to destroy universes with less than twenty (even when I exclude pun-pun). Really, I'd suggest playing one of the gamecrashers from the optimization challenge board before doing level 100 - similar power levels, less number crunching.
