Diaglo's suggestion is a good one for a classic series, although I think you could insert A1-4 Angainst the Slavers in between Temple of Elemental Evil and Against the Giants.
Depends on how organic you want the campaign to be, and how important the setting is. If it's a loosely connected series of dungeon hacks in the old style, then it's quite easy to do in that sense. If you want recurring villains and an uber-plot you need a touch of work.
Dragonlance started at about 4th level and went (theoretically) to about 14th. Don't forget that it was 1st edition though, and so 20th level characters weren't really catered for. The DL series is much more plot-driven though. DL1 is the introduction and you work all the way through to DL14 for the climax (DLs 5 and 11 were a sourcebook and a wargame respectively, so in fact is a 12 module series). The "Gygax Classic" series above, however, would give you 3-4 individual mega-mini-quests.
Added in Edit: Of course, all these are 1st Ed. (with some 2nd Ed reprints), so you'd need to do some work. You could buy the whole campaign on PDF for a total of $15 from rpgnow.com - Temple of Elemental Evil, Against the Slavers (A1-4 reprint for 2nd ed), Queen of the Spiders (GDQ 2nd ed reprint). 5 bucks a pop.
