I saw an Infernal Bargainer feat in Races of Faerun and am trying to remember it, LOL, so this should be very similar. I remember it was unusual as it gave three different, but related, benefits. If somebody has that feat, could you compare mine to it?

SUMMONER [Vile]
Your name is known to the fiendish powers, either through your own dark deeds or those of an ancestor.
Prerequisite: Evil alignment; Tiefling, Conjuration Specialist Wizard or Cleric with access to the Evil or Summoning domains.
Benefit: Whenever you entrap an elemental or outsider with any planar binding spell, the creature receives a -2 penalty to break free and escape your control. You cast divination, commune, contact other plane and legend lore spells at +2 caster levels. When casting summon monster and planar ally spells, you choose a creature from the next higher up version of the spell's list (so you can summon monster II but choose a monster from the sumon monster III list).
