2 questions

Hello, everybody! I'm new in this forum and would like to ask you, folk two questions about my elf character:
1) Is there any race of elves which his favored class is the ranger?, If so, where can I find this information, in which rulesbook, handbook, etc?
2) Is there any feat that lets my elven ranger wield two long swords with no penalties or, at least, with as little penalties as possible? In Player's Handbook they say you can wield 2 small blades or one medium and another one small with llittle penalties as long as you wear light armor. But I do want to use 2 long swords!

your best shot at two long swords would be ambi + TWF (virtual ranger feats) ... and weapon focus

2 longswords would be -4 & -4, weapon focus would get you to -3 & -3 ... then any str mods

Jade and Steel (by Avalanche Games) includes the Superior Two-Weapon Fighting feat.

Pre-reqs: Str 15+, 2-Weapon Fighting, Improved 2-Weapon Fighting.

Reduces two-weapon penalties by 2 when using two non-light weapons. (IOW, two non-light weapons can be wielded as if one were light).

I think it's a pretty reasonable feat, but you're going to have to wait a fair while to get it (assuming you're starting at low level).
