A variant human with the right feat can get +2 wisdom, the others not so much. With default array this doesn't bother me do much as no race can get an 18 at level 1. Or an elf with 16 wisdom, 16 dex or 16 prime attribute and 2 14's.  Well I found 2 races that get +2 wisdom in the Southland Heroes PDFs from Kobold Press. The Tosculi (insect men)Ability Score Increase. One of your physical ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution) increases by 2, and one of your mental ability scores (Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma) increases by 2. You also take a –2 penalty to any one ability score. You may apply this penalty to the same ability score to which you gave a +2 bonus, granting you an overall +2 bonus to any one ability score. The Werelion is the other one.Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 2, and your Strength score increases by 1. And the Kewl part of the thread title. No Dragonborn exist in the Kobolds world but you do have Dragonkin with 5 subraces. Dragonkin are found in Midgard Heroes. The soldier subrace (mixed heritage in the Dragonkin) gets +2 charisma, +1 strength and one of the abilities is this.Soldier’s Eye. You know the shillelagh cantrip. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for it. Interesting interaction with the Staff, Polearm master feat and the charisma based classes like Bladelock, Paladins and Valor Bards. I thought that was kewl.</blockquote>
