I would expect a warpriest to most often have War domain anyway so nothing lost there.All in all it seems you want a fighter who also cast spells as a cleric. Your class looks more like a Gestalt combination than anything else.Compare to the prestige paladin who will at best cast spells as a 13 level cleric and have +19 BAB (assuming he went into the class as a 6th level cleric).</blockquote>
