Is it time for a Quest with 3 PC parties in competition with one another to recover a poweful artifact? I have not ran a Quest adventure since the early 80's. I have a very large group of players to work with. Overall there are 15 players and 7 semi-regular players. I have three active adventure party's
My new group is big enough to split into two smaller groups. I have another group that could be involved in this. They are all adventuring in the same area. I'm toying with the idea of a Quest for an Item of Power - say an Orb of Dragonkind.
Any experiences or threads discussing this sort of gaming option would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't worked out any details on a quest really. I would really appreciate input from all on this. I think this is doable but is it wise?
