Okay, besides Dark Sun, I'd have to say I've gotten the most use out of the Karameikos boxed set. I've even built it into World of Kulan. That box is a whole lot of fun for any setting. The other Mystara boxed sets didn't really grab me, however. I do highly recommend the pre-2e Known World boxed sets if you can find them. From the Ashes is one of my favorite 2e boxed sets. I like that version of Greyhawk a lot. However, I still wish I hadn't gotten rid of my City of Greyhawk boxed set. That was an awesome reference. The Planescape boxes were great reads but they took up a lot of room. You really only need the first one to run a Planescape campaign, IMO. The sourcebooks for Planescae are better, especially On Hallowed Ground and any of the books related to Sigil. City of Splendors is one oft he best city settings I've ever seen. The maps in that boxed set are wicked and it goes into just enough detail without overloading you with too much stuff. Add Undermountain to that and you have tons of campaign ideas for any city campaign. I owned almost every 2e Forgotten Realms product including the boxed sets before I had to sell them. There was great stuff in those boxes and some of them can now be found on WotC's website as PDFs (i.e. The North). Lands of Intrigue was one of the best. The main Spelljammer boxed set is a fun read but it could have been more in depth. The boxed sets that followed it were better detailed, especially Astromundi Cluster. War Captain's Companion didn't grab me, however. Land of Fate is a great setting but I don't get to use it like I wish I could. The three boxes from that setting that own are your best choices, IMO. How's that?
