To the south of this frontier town lives a tribe of Barbarians known as the Eki, ancient inhabitants of the Eki plains, and a member of the Erduin Nation who live in the rugged lands further south of the Eki plains. These two people have lived in harmony for over a century through trade and simple treaties, keeping to themselves and dealing with their own internal issues.</p><p></p><p>Then suddenly things changed.... suddenly. Across the vast forest, in a place known as the Northlands, in a kingdom known as Dragon, civil war broke out, shaking the foundation of the civilized world. A great wave of refugees appeared from the forests to the north... straining the quaint infrastructure of the several frontier towns of the Alliance, leaving the frontier unstable and vulnerable.</p><p></p><p>To the south, two small tribes of the Erduin Nation have vanished. Scouts and braves sent to investigate, but none have returned. When mysterious events occur, the focus of the chiefs turns to the witchery of the men who worship stone and sorcery... the drum beats of war have begun, but the wise men urge patience and seek those who can find an answer to the problem, and seek help from those they may be forced to destroy.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Character Generation:</strong> Players are encouraged to do everything except roll stats and HP on their own (within the context of the allowable class/races mentioned above). We can roll stats in OpenRPG together. Stats will be rolled 3d6, reroll 1's.</p><p></p><p><strong>Character History/Background:</strong> Characters will start their lives either in or around Greentown, or in the Eki Tribe. Depending on the class/kit combination, characters will be required to have certain elements in their background story (for example, Paladins can only be part of 1 of 4 paladin orders, Wizards must belong to one of 3 wizard guilds, etc..). However, unless something is extraordinarily unbalanced in the history (no claiming to be a direct descendant of a king), I will most likely approve.</p><p></p><p><strong>Custom Relationship Network:</strong> Starting characters will be given a relationship network based on Greentown.
