It wasn't too bad although some of the rules are shaky. It was originally Europe but there were a bunch of supplements dealing with air combat, Russian and the Pacific. The air combat rules were supposed to be pretty good but I never actually saw that book. Even though the book stressed supernatural ("wierd") stuff, that part of the game was fairly easy to ignore.V for Victory was a WW2 mini game in Dungeon magazine. It was mostly crunch with classes, skill, and weapon lists. No vehicle rules.Hell on Earth (from Bloodstone Press) was a d20 Modern PDF set in WW2.
