Suppose I create a 20-level core class that is totally unsurvivable in normal play (has no abilities, d2 hit dice, no good saves) which at 20th level gains immunity to all effects and kills instantly by thought no save. Doesn't this fit your definition of a limited condition? Isn't it still broken?</blockquote>
