Does anyone know if the new improved sunder for 3.5 is the same as that used in the sword and fist book?, and if not what does it do?.

In Revised (my hat of "3.5" know no limit), Sunder is the action currently described as 'attacking a weapon'. Improved Sunder is what we currently call the Sunder feat. This is to clear up any confusion that you have to have a feat to try to sunder someone's weapon.
