The thunderous throw ability allows you to treat ranged attacks as melee attacks, though I'm wondering if bonuses from feats for ranged attacks still apply, like Point Blank Shot and Far Shot.

Since the ability specifically states that penalties for ranged attacks still apply, I assume bonuses from feats do as well.

I believe so. Last time I played one I was still using Rapid Shot, even.

when you treat your ranged attacks as melee attacks, what they mean is that you use your Strength mod for +hit and +damage, but it's still a ranged attack so penalties for range and feats that boost ranged attacks can still be used. So yes, point blank shot + precise shot + rapid shot can all be used.
