D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] How does Monk BaB stack now?

I read through and understand the way the new monk works. Flurry of blows instead of attacks at -3/-3 etc...

However, for PrCs that allowed the monk BaB to stack for the purposes of these attacks, how does it work now? My best bet is that you allow levels of whatever class it is to count as monk levels for the purpose of determining how good their flurry of blows is.

There is no sperate Flurry Attack Bonus it is just the characters BAB with the Flurry of Blows ability added to it. The chart is just an extrapolation. If you multiclass with the monk now you just take your total BAB and apply the Flurry of Blows ability. If you want to you could give prestige classes that previously advanced the monk's UAB the Flurry of Blows ability that a monk of the same level as the character's monk and prestige class levels would have (but there are no rules that cover this).

Monks have average BAB like clerics and rogues. It stacks with fighter BAB just like it would with a cleric. So a monk 10 has a BAB of +7/+2. A monk 10, fighter 2 has a BAB of +9/+4. His flurry of blows would be one extra attack at his highest BAB, with no penalties (+9/+9/+4).

Monk's BAB is just your average BAB now, and stacks with every other BAB. So a Monk 10/ Fighter 10 has a BAB of 17 (and flurry of 17/17/12/7/2.)
But Flurry of Blows will only work with unarmed attacks or special monk weapons, and you need 11 levels of monk to get greater flurry.

But you could be a Monk 11/ Fighter 9 and flurry with 17/17/17/12/7/2 (a Monk 20 has 15/15/15/10/5).

So there's no more iterative attacks at -3 now?

Nope.

Flurry of blows does give an extra attack (or is it two?) at higher levels, at the highest attack bonus. So a high level monk ends up attacking at something like +15/+15/+10/+5 or even +15/+15/+15/+10/+5, IIRC.

Flurry of Blows: Starts at 1st level, gives you one attack at your hightest AB, but all attacks have -2.
5th level: penalty only -1
9th level: no more penalty
11th level: another attack at your highest AB.

Note that the reduction of the penalties kick in at those levels where the BAB won't increase (5th and 9th) so a monk keeps getting better at these levels. And the second extra attack is granted at the same level as the 2nd iterative attack for fighters and others with a strong BAB.
