D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5]Intelligent Item Powers for 3.5 question

In 3.0 there was an ability that basically said "Wielder does not need to sleep".

Would you consider this a Lesser or Greater power under 3.5?


Also under the dedicated powers it says "Item can use dimension door on itself and wielder", but it does not say how many times it can be done.....I assume its 1/day..... ? None of the other dedicated powers say anything about uses per day either.....

Lesser. A ring of sustenance isn't that expensive, and a 2-hour upgrade wouldn't bump it up much more.

AFAIK, dedicated powers are useable as many times as the item wants.
