Depending on the exact monster, template and feat combo, the DR 15/silver and magic from "Potent Blood" might be very good, or it might be sorta blah.  I don't know if it is worth the extra complication, but you might want to consider changing the effect of Potent Blood to either add 5 to the damage reduced, or add one of the following components to the conjunction of bypassing elements: silver, magic, good or piercing.  Contrary elements can't be added; if the creature has DR 10/magic and slashing (e.g. a blood drinking zombie animated by the soul of a serial killer) it can't get /piercing as well.</blockquote>
