I took a pic of the Boccob's Blessed Book description, noting the error where it says that the free copying cost sayes you 25gp per page, instead of 100gp.

and then here is a picture of the cutouts you get in the dmg for use on the battlemat.

i'm pretty sure any reasonable DM will say that with the exception of gp cost, all other spell scribing rules apply.
