Name escapes me at the moment, I believe it's Divine Oracle....

3.0 Pre-reqs:
10 ranks in scry
skill focus: scry

3.5 pre-reqs:
Scry doesn't exist, so... I guess it's must be able to cast scry, so anyone with a crystal ball can take it.

A crystal ball does not grant any spellcasting abilty. The fact that its function works the way a scry spell does doesn't mean you're somehow actually casting scry.

The Scry skill mechanic has been replaced with a saving throw; so a natural replacement for the Skill Focus: Scry feat requirement would be Spell Focus: Divination. The ability to cast scrying is a good substitute for the skill rank requirement-the main purpose is to require 7 levels prior to picking up Divine Oracle, and both of those serve. (Keeps the cleric out until after 9th, though, so that's a change ...)

IMHO, of course. :D

I'll wager that there'll be an eratta forthcoming for the Divine Oracle to deal with the changes regarding the PrC's pre-req's.

Possibly something along the lines of being able to cast Scry spell (not thru items) and Spell Focus: Divination.
