If enhanced by SA, it still deals  bludgeoning/piercing damage,  I'm not sure where 'flame touch' is from (couldn't find it), but if it deals half the damage as fire damage as you say, then the sneak attack damage will also deal half fire damage.  If 'flame touch' is (somehow? I just don't know Flame Touch) on the morning star, I guess it would deal +xd6/2 (bludgeoning/piercing) damage, +xd6/2 fire damage</blockquote>
