Don't have it. I have found two spells though:

lvl 5 Blackwater Tentacle in Stormwrack (tentacle attacks enemy with hp damage and a negative level (save vs. neg. level per hit), 1x/rd)

lvl 2 Ashtar in Sandstorm (damaged enemy (from other sources of damage) gets dehydrated (effectively, fatigued) if it fails fort save)

Yes.

...oh, did you want us to list some?

Yes please.

I still haven't got BoVD but apparently there are two spells there that fit the bill: Wall of Eyes and Drown. So we are up to 4 spells. Not sure if any of them are worth taking, compared to other spells of similar level, but I was curious.

Basically I was thinking of a malconvoker with a string of fiendish heritage feats. One of the latter would give +1 DC on evil spells. Malconvokers can cast evil conjuration spells without becoming evil from the mere casting of them. So I wanted to see what, if anything could be done with that, as the core spells don't do much with it (although it does also raise caster level for evil spells, which is nice for summon monster).

You ready for this?
These are just BoVD, spells with the [evil] descriptor.
Aberrate, Absorb Mind, Absorb Strength, Abyssal Might, Alert Bebelith, Apocalypse from the Sky, Befoul, Black Bag, Bodak Birth, Boneblade, Boneblast, Call Dretch Horde, Call Lemure Horde, Call Nightmare, Charnel Fire, Cheat, Circle of Nausea, Claws of the Beblith, Claws of the Savage, Cloud Achaierai, Clutch of Orcus, Consume Likeness, Cruel Dissapointment, Crushing Fist of Spite

Oh wait, just Conjuration spells?

Black Bag, Extract Drug, Nether Trail, Drown, Wall of Chains, Abyssal Might, Hell's Power, Wall of Deadly Chains, Call Dretch Horde, Call Lamure Horde, Call Nightmare, Wall of Ooze, Alert Bebelith, Wall of Eyes, Phantasmal Thief, and Utterdark.

I won't tell you what they do, but I can give you lists. ^^

Note that you can take the Profane Spell feat to give your spells the Evil descriptor. IIRC, you must be evil to take that feat, though...
