I wouldn't include the scribing costs, as that
provides no value to the buyer. The book should
cost something less than the scrolls, since it
is less usefull as it can't be cast from directly.

I also would omit the cost of the 0-level spells as
all wizards know those, so noone would be willing
to pay for them.

... or maybe it should cost more than the scrolls since you can memorize spells from it wihtout using it up or scribe spells from it and then re-sell it?

Unless of course it is a unique/homemade cantrip :)
