D&D 3E/3.5 3.5 Spiked Chain Character

Everyone,

Can you tell me if there is a WotC feat or prestige class, in 3.5, that allows a PC to use a Spiked Chain as a double weapon? And if so, where would I find it?

The exotic weapon master (Complete Warrior) allows to make flurry attacks with spiked chain, if that is close enough.

That should do it; thanks. I'll quite willingly give up the Two-Weapon Defense feats if this saves me from having to climb the TWF feat chain.
