D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Stacking Bonuses Table

In the 3.0 DMG there was a very handy Stacking Bonuses Table at the beginning of the Magic Items section. Now all I find is an explanatory text sectionon page 171-2 of the 3.5 PHB. Anyone find the new updated chart or did they nix it?

Hope not, or else I will just let everything stack. LOL jk.

I've read the 3.5 DMG cover to cover and didn't find such a table. Page 21 sums it up nicely though. Dodge bonuses and most circumstance bonuses stack. Inherent bonuses are limited to a +5 max.

That's about it.
