[sblock=Cage-Rattler]Fair enough. I don't mind minor changes in the setting (and as you pointed out, there's a basis for it in this case) as long as it's an informed decision, that there's some thought put into it and that's it remains consistent throughout the campaign. So what about István's readied skirmish attack against the reave? And is the reave's ability spell-like and so provoke Attacks of Opportunity from Cang and István?[/sblock]Actually, I have to admit that I've been quite impressed with Sindr's spell-usage. Causing the reave to drop all four of its weapons with one spell was teh awesome! And blinding him was just added frosting. :D Consequently I had a lot of fun snatching away his weapons and dancing around him. If I could just have figured out a way to get the reave to clobber itself as well as its cohort, it would have made my week. :] I'll second that. I'll even go on to say that I'm impressed with the few extra metagame touches he's included. For instance, I found CG's summary of the NPCs' morale each round at the bottom of each of his posts very helpful. Knowing how wounded and confident an enemy seems helps give us the players an impression of how well we're doing in the combat. Helps avoid TPKs due to false impressions. Kudos. :)
