A sorcerer would not suffer from the lack of strength, so you may want to consider going with one of those, instead of a paladin. If not, then consider the 15 character points, though your attributes will not be as high, you'll be able to have them where you want.deadestdai, since you have issues with the roller, I tried to roll up a character for you, and after 5 tries (the other 4 attempts were below the +1 total bonus level) I received 9 str, 11 dex, 10 con, 15 int, 11 wis, and 10 chr, a 19 point character.
