No: 4d6 is not unbalancing, but you'd be surprised how differently people play when they think they ARE in mortal danger. It also make the feats that require a 13 in an ability trully restricted. And I'd disagree with your last statement:  But that IS the point! Oh, and the feeling of accomplishment through a below average character is very rewarding! As for the 15 point adventure: It's called a Low-powered campaign in the DM's guide under page 20 (3.0 version), so I'm sure that I'm not the first. It's gratifying that this type of campaign is foreign to this board, for it just goes to show that this adventure may have at least one unique aspect to it.RChicken: Thank you for your emails. What does that mean? I didn't know about it. Anyone who wishes to use Nadaka's instead is welcome to, and as Doppleganger has pointed out, it may be more stable do to the lower traffic on it.
