Your all going about this the wrong way. :D Trying to intergrate Eldar, Orks, Squats (which are dead anyway) and Humans into the same group would not work. Why? Because they all have differing values and ideals. AND because in the fluff, where the hell do you read about a ork and an eldar working together? No where! If you really want to work this whole 40kd20 business out, read Inquisitor. Inquisitor is the way to go with this whole project, not some half-arsed "throwing races together in a party" thing. Instead, looking into the human background of the Imperium. Not everyone is a Space Marine or a guardsman supprisingly. You have desperadoes, religious fanatics, darkly insane cultists, canabalistic worshippers of the Emperor, commissars, bioengineered warriors, arcoflaggelants, the list goes on!! and on!! and on!! All of the above mentioned characters could be turned into classes. Of course, feats, stats and weapons would need rules, but hey, as long as its balanced and plays well, it's worth it! My mates and I are considering playing a hybrid version of D20 and Inquisitor. Using the 20d0 ruleset for not combat situations and the Inquisitor ruleset for combat. Don't know how it will work out, but there is only one way to find out...
