Healing would be OK for insubstantial, but healing is a standard action, so we'll say that Lamont moved instead of charged. I'd also like to house rule that healing triggers an OA, since that situation has not come up yet. Phasing is an ability (I think) where you can go through objects (Peter has that ability as well as insubstantial), so let's say healing is not possible while phasing.
