She believes very much in proper preparation; in holding all the cards one can before acting, and in keeping a spare card hidden...just in case. She can be charming and flirty...but isn't above bullying to get her way, if the situation calls for it. In general, Mask like acting through others, even when she could probably do it just as easily. By persuasion, deception or less subtle methods, she gets a kick out of getting people to do what she wants. This is often misinterpreted as laziness by people who know her well enough to be aware of this quirk, but she's actually anything but. All that probably sounds worse than it is too... We've all known people who's solution to things is usually summed up as, "Do you think you could fix that? Pleeeeeease?"
