The Redwood is dominated more by other humanoids, but not all of them are evil.The Torm Wastes are dominated by lizardfolk and other swamp dwellers.Huiq, Kinag, and Voir are all dwarven cities.The campaign hook is that Chandra-Ka is where the Lands of the West meet the Far East.
