I don't suspect you'll find any, but I do it routinely for Final Redoubt Press.
There aren't any hard and fast rules for doing so, however. Essentially, I just use the RM monsters and the RM NPC table (in RMFRP) for most things. Basically, I look at what the source material intends, then I use what's already in place to represent it. When I have to create something, I create it more or less from scratch, trying to maintain the proper flavor. The two systems balance differently, so I have to examine the new setup for the new system.
For instance, a hard fight for a 20th level 4e party might be a 23rd level solo. In RM, though, I'd select a 30th level monster (maybe 35th), preferably one that takes super-large crits, to represent the same thing. Using the large and super large crits to model elites and solos isn't a bad plan. For minions, I use low level creatures and I might go so far as to say the creature goes down and stays down on any significant crit (he's not out, he's just decided that if he let's the wound take him out of combat, maybe you won't hurt him anymore.)
