I'm gonna say no to Spatial Lock (Wizard Utility 16, Dragon 375).  What does Camouflaged mean on your robe of eyes?  And the matching footpads?  Is that just fluff?CB says 7 surges/day.  I think it's right. Did you figure out how to put a familiar in the CB?  I'm not seeing it.  Can you list out which of your rituals you paid for and which you got for free at your level?  I made my best guess, but when I did you came up short of the cash to actually cast them by some 10,000g.  I'm not at all sure I did it right...</blockquote>
