4E Dungeon - Standout Adventures

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a standout adventure from 4e (digitally delivered) dungeon? Are there any pearls in here that you have played or read that may end up future classics?

Best Regards

There was a trio (I think?) of lovecraftian adventures by good ould Mouse; I read them and enjoyed the setting and story: The Last Breaths of Ashenport.

Here is a handy little index and summary of all the Dungeon DDI adventures:

Ari Marmell indeed wrote (and updated) Last Breaths of Ashenport.

That's a single stand-alone adventure, though. As for the trio of adventures; perhaps you're thinking of the Tears of Ioun mini-campaign, a trilogy of horror-oriented adventures by Rob Schwalb?

You're correct, I'm mixing up the two. That trilogy was good too

Last Breaths of Ashenport is a good adventure, there are a couple of combat issues, but you can do a nice little Far Realms based arc by combining it with Sleeper in the Tomb of Dreams and The Tears of Ioun Trilogy.

Remains of the Empire was a very good read. I haven't had the chance to run it yet. It has a good mix of encounters and some very inventive non-combat options for those less blood-thirsty parties. The setting is interesting for a heroic-tier adventure.
