Anyway how does making a customer pay a dollar stop this?I must concede here as I do not have first hand knowledge of PDF publishing.See above.  But there are still smaller companies that do it.So there are real people behind online transactions?  That's news to me...I thought most, if not all were handled by software built for that purpose.  Anyway this thread isn't here to discuss this and I feel like it's getting sidetracked enough, and really don't want to contribute to that any more.  So, I will leave the debate over the "nominal fee" for others to discuss after this.</blockquote>
