Seems straightforward although it will probably take 2 days of work to get it done - you basically have to rebuild the whole document using copy and paste, tweaking image dpi's and so forth.I'm also wondering whether to make the document black & white or colour (you have to build it in two separate templates if you want both options), and whether it should be softcover or hardcover.I think 64 pages is too few for a hardcover, so I'll probably go softcover at this juncture. But when I get the three volumes combined it will make sense as a hardcover.</blockquote>
