A significant number of people who now choose to play rogues do not want to play AD&D thieves. They want to play a lightly armored, athletic, stealthy warrior that takes every advantage his enemy will give him (basically the Iron Heroes Executionor or the Arcana Evolved Unfettered). They get their kick not from bomb disposal or thievery, but from sticking a knife into an enemy's side or ambushing a monster.</p></blockquote><p></p>
