So this yahoo thinks he has a trademark on the term "4th edition Dungeons and Dragons"

He's doing it again? GeoCities yanked the plug on his "4th Edition Dungeons & Dragons," and now he's back with something else.

If he didn't keep putting "4th Edition Dungeons & Dragons, 3rd Edition Add On, and MAKING CRAPPIER GAMES BETTER
are trademarks owned by Roldan Loza. ™ & © Roldan Loza" in there, he might have been off the hook.

What's worse is that he's asking people to pay him for this! That's the problem! He obiously doesn't understand the concept of trademark and copyright law.

Yes! They can get him anytime they want (as long as they can get to his website; it's down now, but it may not come back up).

I laughed almost as hard as I did reading the MST3K for DnD thread.

This guy reminds me of Jack Chick for some strange reason but reversed...maybe it is his evil twin.
