I'm considering using a system where two attacks = 2[W] etc.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ol">I also hadn't considered 20th level max versus 30th level max but as long as I judge the encounter equal level really shouldn't matter.</li> </ol><p>I'm still aways from starting the campaign and I haven't created the characters yet so I have time to make a final decision.
