Now, it says in the psionics book that the wind increases to 10mph + 5mph/level.

um, I don't have the book with me, but if it says "increases to 10mph + 5mph/level" then that would be the fastest speed that it can go, if it says "increases by 10mph + 5mph/level" then you get to add onto the already existing wind speed.

even if it is the slower, it is still mighty powerfull, easily enough to level all but the most surely built and magically strengthened structures. It would seem more 'balanced' as you could not have multiple psions schisming to get wind speeds in the multiple thousands of mph.

hmm....

I take this to mean that this one use of the power increases it. Multiple uses would increase it each time since the power specificly says it takes the wind at it's current speed and then increases it.

as do I. I just didn't have the book with me, and your previous post said "increases to x" which is vastly different to "increases or decreases by up to x"



so it is obscenely powerful after all...
