A regular efreeti hurls fire up to 120 feet for 5d6 damage, which is 87.5% of its scimitar damage.Our boy has a 29½ average damage with the falchion, which suggests about 25 or 26 damage by hurling (29.5 × 0.875 = 25.8125).If we use six-siders like a standard efreet, the closest we can get is 7d6 (average 24½ or 1.3125 too low).That works for me. If I remember the original flavour text for noble efreeti correctly they enjoy getting up close and personal in combat so their default ranged attack needn't be that overwhelming.</blockquote>
