Okay, there's a bunch of minor problems, but most of them originated in my Enworld version. Oops! The firelord's other action & trait descriptions italicize an effect when referring to it, so to be consistent it should be:
Note: Being on fire does not stack. A creature that has caught fire from multiple effects (e.g. Body of Smokeless Flame, Combustion Gaze, Incandescent Engagement, Incandescent Rebuke, Incendiary Fist and Incinerating Inferno) still only takes 1d10 fire damage at the start of its turn and the fire can be doused by a single action.
There's a stray closing parenthesis, a holdover from copy-and-pasting some text and only deleting an opening parenthesis. It should be:
Wishes. The efreeti firelord can grant wishes to a creature that isn't a genie. Once the genie has granted its limit of three wishes, it can't grant wishes again for 1 year, and cosmic law dictates that the same genie can expend its limit of wishes on a specific creature only once in that creature's existence.
For some reason the D&D Beyond version you linked to has "plus 13 (2d8) fire damage" when it should be 9 (2d8). That's ungrammatical. It should be either "it takes 66 (12d10) fire damage and catches fire" or "take 66 (12d10) fire damage and catch fire" – I lean towards the former "it…catches fire" option as it matches the other catching fire attacks more closely. Must have edited it with Autoquote on, because it has a lot of "right single quotation mark" apostrophes instead of "straight apostrophe" apostrophes: that is ’ instead of '. I prefer straight apostrophes so have changed it to that in the current version, but they're both ASCII standard symbols so there's no need to change it in D&D Beyond if you can't be bothered. There's a mismatch between Enworld and D&D Beyond with this Bonus Action. The Enworld firelord has darkvision 120 feet like a standard Efreeti and can "upgrade it" to truesight with Fiery Eyes. The D&D Beyond version has truesight 120 ft. in Senses instead of darkvision so Fiery Eyes doesn't boost the truesight. So maybe remove the truesight from Fiery Eyes or increase its range above 120 feet? So one of the following:
Option 1: Keep Senses darkvision 120 ft., passive Perception 13. Fiery Eyes. The efreeti firelord gains truesight 120 feet until the end of its next turn. In addition, the firelord may glare at a single creature or object within 120 feet and do 14 (4d6) damage, halved if the target makes a successful DC 21 Constitution saving throw. Targets with vulnerability to fire damage have the damage increased as if it was fire damage, but immunity to fire and resistance to fire does not protect against fiery eyes damage. Option 2: Make Senses truesight 120 ft., passive Perception 13 Fiery Eyes. The efreeti firelord may glare at a single creature or object within 120 feet and do 14 (4d6) damage, halved if the target makes a successful DC 21 Constitution saving throw. Targets with vulnerability to fire damage have the damage increased as if it was fire damage, but immunity to fire and resistance to fire does not protect against fiery eyes damage. Option 3: Make Senses truesight 120 ft., passive Perception 13 Fiery Eyes. The efreeti firelord's truesight increases to ### feet until the end of its next turn. In addition, the firelord may glare at a single creature or object within ### feet and do 14 (4d6) damage, halved if the target makes a successful DC 21 Constitution saving throw. Targets with vulnerability to fire damage have the damage increased as if it was fire damage, but immunity to fire and resistance to fire does not protect against fiery eyes damage.
The ### in Option 3 is something higher than 120 feet. I also wondered whether "fiery eyes damage" should be "Fiery Eyes damage but concluded it looked clunky. There's an erroneous "efreeti noble" here. Will change it to:
Parry. The efreeti firelord adds 6 to its AC against one attack that would hit it. To do so, the firelord must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Gah! There's both a 1 Actions and 2 Action typo here. Should be:
Blaze of Motion (Costs 1 Action). The efreeti firelord uses Flash Step. Burning Gaze (Costs 2 Actions). The efreeti firelord uses Fiery Eyes.
Didn't find any textual errors after that. Could do with a linespace before "(Inspired by the Pasha of the Efreet from I4 - Oasis of the White Palm (1983) and the Noble Efreeti from MC13 - Monstrous Compendium Al-Qadim Appendix (1992).)" but that isn't essential.
