You aren't doing anything wrong. You were initially accepted to the School of the Arcane, so if you study instead of continuing to focus on your inner power, you will become a wizard. Taking the trial to awaken your power is really just to open the path to becoming a Sorcerer, but you can just take the Feat and run. That said, to be honest the way you're playing isn't so much a Wizard as an Artificer. I think an Artificer would be a very good fit for Zivar. It can be found here: https://media.wizards.com/2016/dnd/downloads/1_UA_Artificer_20170109.pdf We're very close to fast forwarding a it, to get everyone to level 1. I'll let you know exactly when that happens. Jordy and Grody are obviously going Sorcerer, with Jordy being Wild and Grody being Draconic, as they are focusing on their inner magic. Zivar will likely be getting Artificer, because I just feel that's what would suit him best, and I haven't seen an Artificer in play before. As for the other three, you're still open. You have your feats, now you need to post what you study over the next few months, and I'll determine what you class you have been studying. Your Feats don't have to have anything to do with your class. (Hint, Monks are a mix of a little Combat and the School of the Immortal.) As for Mim, I'll do a little RP with him to introduce him to his Patron, as he's decided to go Warlock.
