D&D 5E 5E Phandelver campaign off to a good start

I don't know how many people will care to read along, but I'm running the LMoP in my own campaign world. Have made some changes, and am keeping notes on my wiki, as I usually do. We're three sessions in. My party is six strong right now, with a possible seventh, and a maybe occasional 8th player. However, I fully expect to lose one of the original six as time goes by; either my Mom, who is 78, and may not want to play in a very large group, or my brother's teenage stepdaughter, who is not quite sure what we're doing - she's Chinese, and her english is only so-so...

Anyway, here's a link to the game, so far: http://vishteercampaign.pbworks.com/w/page/10036261/County Holdfort

I'd love comments, feedback, and questions. It all makes the game better!

I'm running parts of it, heavily reskinned, in my setting. The group is mostly grad students so it's on a "come-as-you're-able" status, which makes things...interesting. And they're very very caster heavy. Turns out a warlock, a sorcerer, and a druid (aside from being the setup of a great joke) don't do so well against a group of goblins. ("Run away! Run away!")

I've run two sessions and they've gone very well indeed. Lots of unexpected solutions from the PC's, and primo role-playing in Phandalin. Very good adventure so far, and the rules are sweet as a nut.
