Alright, a bit of speculation. In the first D&D Live thread, there was some discussion (with @Urriak Uruk and @Parmandur , among others) about whether or not there would be a "sixth product" this year. Meaning, whether or not there would be five or six hardcovers (or their equivalents) in addition to Stormwreck - or if Stormwreck was the sixth product. Today's announcements didn't definitively answer this question, but threw a bit of a monkey-wrench into the mix. First, here is the confirmed release schedule for 2022: March: Netherdeep May: Monsters of the Multiverse (or Jan in the gift set) June: Radiant Citadel August: Spelljammer October: Stormwreck Late: Dragonlance Now consider a few factors: The Dragonlance "battle game." While on first blush this seems to be a board game, and thus outside of the purview of the chart, I included it for the reasons stated - and it also, in a sense, could be conceived of as the "sixth product." Other the other hand... Spelljammer is the August release. In that previous discussion, I hypothesized that if Stormwreck was the August release, I'd lean more towards only five products, because it would still leave the September and October/November traditional slots open for the two classic settings. But with Spelljammer as the August release, Stormwreck in October, and Dragonlance in "late 2022"--presumably October or later, probably November), that leaves a big gap in September - and again, WotC has released a major product (hardcover book) in every September, from 2014-21. I see two possibilities: One, they're just moving the September slot up to August. So it does break an eight-year precedent, but only slightly. Two, there's a mystery product slated for September (or possibly October). While this is a fun idea, it is odd that they wouldn't have mentioned it in the D&D Live - or at least hinted at it. Now my gut says that there won't be a September product, that we now know the full release schedule for 2022 - which, if you include the DL battle game, is still substantial, and the largest we've seen since 2019. But I'm not entirely convinced. I think it depends upon when Dragonlance is slated for release. If it is October, then the chances of a mystery product go down. If it is November or December, they go up. Why? Because I just don't see WotC not releasing anything more than another starter set in the usual "hot months" of September and October. If nothing else, it is a little dangling thread to consider...
