D&D 5E 5e Rituals

Has anyone thought of clever uses for rituals?

Mordenkainen's Faithful hound is great for setting up traps, bait an enemy into walking by a faith hound reated in advance, and nail them.

Mordenkainen's Mansion is my favourite ritual in 5e. If you cast it as a ritual you can have as many as you want, it only takes 11 minutes to summon one.

Create a mansion, and trick enemies into one and lock the portal.

Want more gold? Mordekaiden's Brothel, create a mansion with fill with sexy servants.

Want a Temple create a mansion with religious feel, and cast hollow in it.

Want to make a dungeon, create a mansion, making set it up like a dungeon, and make the servants terrifiying looking, although you'll have to do the torture you're self.

One mansion isn't enough? Create more then one, maybe one for each party member!

Unseen servant, buy a rickshaw and get it to pull it! Use your unservants to spring traps. Unseen servant to give back rubs!
poison a rivals food. Slice and dice food. Spy, its unseen after all. Locked in a cell, use the servant to steal the keys if they're close and unguarded. Have it wear a robe and act as decoy.

use a ritual to get a familiar for an Eldrich Knight so that when he can attack one enemy and deliver touxh cantrips via you familiar.

That chariot of fire, well okay that is just awesome.

So what's your favourite ritual?

Sexy 'near transparent' servants.

I mean, there may be a market for that... well there almost certainly is a niche market for that...

Why am I even having this conversation?

it seems you're using the leaked alpha spell descriptions, so expect some of them to change.

And honestly, I don't know how much help I'd be because by the time a MU can cast 7th level spells, they're not really spending the time/spell to do what you describe (in my experience anyway. I know other people probably play differently). Nor are most monsters at that point so easily foiled by getting trapped ;)

I really like Unseen Servant as a ritual, you can chain cast them, and keep six of them going nearly constantly if you have a large task to perform.
