I have just uploaded 5E Wounds Variant Beta to the downloads area.
This is mostly a generic framework. You would need to "dial it in" so-to-speak for your table. I hope to get good feedback on it, and ajust the document accordingly. However, because I like that its adjustable, It would be hard to "lock in" any changes. We'll see.
