I have just uploaded 5th Edition Spellbook (including Elemental Evil) to the downloads area.
This is a work in progress that I figured I'd make available as is for now.
Eventually I intend to have this be a standalone spellbook that will show each character classes spells and what page they can be found on in the document.
As it stands, it's just a word doc that has every spell found in the PHB plus the EE suplemental spells, all in alphabetical order.
I have not had the opportunity to thoroughly check for errors so if you find any (most likely weird spacing from OCR artifacts) please let me know so I can amend the document.
This should also prove as a useful resource if you're making your own spell cards!
