666th layer of hell?

Maybe the planar cartographers, when they were figuring out how many layers each plane had, went to the Abyss and started counting, and when they got to, like, the 400th consecutive layer, somebody threw up his hands and said, "All right! The Abyss goes on infinitely!" and they all went back to Union for lunch.

So now all the books on planar geography say "Abyss: infinite layers. Very harmful," because nobody wanted to keep going.

Whoops, wrong board, but what is on the 666th layer? AFAIR there is 777th(Asmodeous?) and 66th(Lolth) remember thats from memory.

Asmodeus is in Nessus, the Ninth and final layer of Baator (The Nine Hells). As far as The Abyss goes, from what I remember, in the Planescape campaign setting it had all the layers listed up to something like 643, and for anything beyond that there was a table that you could roll on to determine a random type of environment for the supposedly inifinite layers. So as far as I know, there is no canon reguarding that particular layer.
